A Place Of her Very Own

What little girl wouldn’t want her very own space to call her own?? A place she can decorate, store her treasures, toys, crayons, and tea set (or whatever she is into!!). In this special space she can play, relax, and feel safe to just be little. Not every little age-regresses, so this space can be aimed at whatever age she prefers. There is no “wrong” way to decorate the space, as long as it is comfortable and all hers. It doesn’t even need to be a whole room. It can be as simple as a shelf, a closet, a corner of a room, the top of her dresser, or whatever works for your home. Giving her this simple gift will help her feel like You value her and that there is room in Your life (and home) for her inner little.

i created a gallery of decorating ideas to inspire you! Have fun and find whatever style makes you feel like you! Please comment and let us know if you would want a little space all of your own! How would you decorate it? How much room would you need/prefer? Or if you already have one, how did you decorate? Where is it located in your home? Does it make you feel special? Hope you enjoy the inspiration that i found for you! xoxo

I LOVE this! I realized it was important when I lived alone and made my bedroom into my little space, and now I wont ever have at least my bedroom that isnt because I need a whole room, but I let his stuff be his and my half of the bed and my stuff was done my way…so we compromised on that and any future Daddy of mine will have to have a similar mindset if I cant have my own room entirely.

Awesome! What a great idea splitting the room like that. We have two tall windows in our bedroom and one of them is lined with about 15 Hello Kitty stuffies and it is sooooo cute! i also have a shelf and my dresser. Daddy let’s me decorate our whole house so i get to incorporate my style all over, but try to keep my “little” things in either our bedroom or the home office! ❥ xoxo

I had seen stuff about us littles having our own space and I didn’t want the all frilly and pink. My first thought was girly AND super hero, and wouldn’t you know, you had a picture of it! I am going to have to do this for me but probably limited to single shelf.

Captain America is my favorite super hero, because when i met Daddy at the gym He was wearing a C.A. t-shit! He was the hottest guy in the room and i couldn’t believe it when He asked me to have tea with Him after the class!!!!! Who is your favorite super hero? ❥ xoxo

My bedroom is a lot like this I did not even consider that i was being little…its just so innate to me. Its a white french style bed in a pink room with lots of cushions and a chandelier.

    1. Daddy's princess says:

OMG i want a chandelier soooooo bad. i have been thinking of making a few big white tissue balls and hing them at different lengths over the bed to give it the chandelier vibe. What do you think??? ❥ xoxo

I love this. I just found this site today and already I see a lot of things that are helpful. I’m a “daddy” so we’re actually doing dd/lb though we are both females, my gf sees herself as a daddy’s girl and she’s transgender so she wants to be daddy’s boy instead. But anyway, thanks so much for willing to help out those new to the community or wanting to learn more.
